A day in the life…

The Brand Specialist has responsibilities supporting both the Marketing and the Creative Teams and is critical to our ability to delight consumers across our entire Seasonal and Everyday businesses. The Brand Specialist will ensure critical executional work streams are managed with excellence related to Innovation, Product Changes and Key Meeting Logistics. Given the role’s importance to our executional excellence, the Brand Specialist will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

What you will be doing…

• Maintenance of our project management New Concept Worksheets (Smartsheet)
• Task creation and management of our Artwork Management System (Intervals / WebCenter)
• Manage Product Samples inventory, including supporting team in sourcing Samples
• Supports Design Team on intake and management to execution of internal company projects
• Supports Category Management Team in sourcing information required by IRI for new item launches
• Administrative tasks in support of Group and Company meetings

(Basic Qualifications)

• High School Degree
• Work experience in Project & Budget Management
• Experience with Project & Budget Management Systems (e.g., SAP, WebCenter, Smartsheet etc.)
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

(Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in chocolate, candy, food, or beverage consumer-packaged-goods categories
• Experience in both blue chip and mid-sized consumer-packaged-goods companies
